Jesus Angel Mora (Lead Vocals, Guitar, Harmonica)
Eli Mora (Guitar, Vocals)
Eli Mora's musical training goes back to elementary school, where he began playing Saxophone under direction from Edward Rowina. On into High School, Eli played with the school band and jazz band and earned a number of awards and scholarships for his musical talent.
During the Jazz band days, he played with a number of local musicians. As a junior in high school, Eli's tasteful sax playing earned him a spot on his first R & B group, Lighting Hawkins. As part of this group, he played for the local colleges and clubs for a number of years. During the mid-seventies, Lighting Hawkins opened for Malo and War.
While at college, Eli hooked up with another band to play for a variety of local parties and college dances. Eli's and Angel's father was an excellent classical folk musician. This drove Eli to begin playing Guitar during his college days, as he wanted to switch from Sax to Guitar.
Eli has been playing guitar, with his brother Angel, for the last fifteen years and has played at venues in San Francisco and Southern California. Eli's musical taste is influenced by the Beatles and The Who, as well as other groups of the seventies like Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and the Stones.

Doug has been playing drums in bands since the age of 17. Initially influenced by big band
music, specifically Gene Krupa, Doug turned to rock on hearing Deep Purple's Machine Head
album and the drumming of John Bonham of Led Zeppelin. From 1989 to 1992, Doug played all
the top Bay Area venues with his band Armistice, including opening for Clarence Clemons at the
Omni in Berkeley. He has performed at venues like Cocadrie, Ireland's 32, 7th note, Bloom's,
The Stone, and the Hard Rock Café - with a number of bands, including Kickin Mule, Down to
Earth, Gentlemen of the Jury, and Grace Alley. Besides being passionate about playing drums,
his goal is to ensure the audience has a good time.

Angel has always enjoyed the power of music. He believes the way music can stimulate memories,
emotions and feelings, as well as touch the hearts of young and the old is very magical.
While attending elementary school, he enrolled in their music program and started playing the trumpet.
He continued playing through his Junior High and High school years, and became a member of the
school's dance and jazz band. It was during these years that he taught himself how to play guitar and
harmonica.
Awhile back, Angel started hearing music while he was sleeping. At first he would hear the music mostly
in the background of his dreams, but as time progressed the music would become so detailed that he
would hear every instrument. He would wake up half asleep humming and singing the song that he was
dreaming until he was able to replicate the song. He would like to share these songs that he has
captured and written via his dreams.
Hence the creation of "JAM"

Janeen believes that music can heal the world. Her musical training began in 3rd grade where she
learned how the play the flute and piccolo for the concert and marching bands of her home town
schools on Long Island New York. Studying Music Theater at Shenandoah University made Janeen
realize that singing would always be a part of her life. After headlining in two local bay area bands,
St. Janeen and the Evil Doers and Friday All Stars, she has finally found her home harmonizing with
JAM.
Janeen loves performing and says “The energy of the audience feeds my enthusiasm. There is no
greater feeling than having a group of people dancing to music you have created!”
